From Rejection to Giant
Lincoln was born on commercial sheep farm in Abbotsford. His mother would not let him nurse. We had rescued another rejected lamb we named Linus from the same farm, so the farmer gave him to us. Despite some early challenges, Lincoln flourished. Living in the house while he was being bottle fed, he quickly found a favourite spot in front of the fire, and sometimes even on the couch if he could sneak up on it.
Lincoln is a huge stunning sheep with a bit of mischievous in him. He loves to snuggle, will put his head right in your lap and stay there for as long as you let him.
Lincoln is part of a big group now that includes sheep Lola, Maggie, Idris Albaa, Humphrey & Chloe, and goats Percy, Remy & Diego. Our two disabled goats sometimes share the sport court with him, he’s gentle with both Rosey and Chili.
